Frequently Asked Questions
I get a 'no signal input' message, what do I do?
Check that the video cable (HDMI/VGA/DisplayPort) is securely connected to both the monitor and the computer. Try a different cable or port. Ensure the computer is powered on and not in sleep mode.
My computer does not turn on, what do I do now?
Verify the power cable is connected and the outlet is working. Check if the power supply switch (on the back of the PC) is in the ON position. Try a different power outlet. If using a UPS, ensure it's charged and functioning.
There is no display on the monitor, what do I do now?
Ensure the monitor is powered on. Check the input source setting on the monitor. Try connecting to a different display port. If using a dedicated GPU, connect the cable to the GPU port, not the motherboard.
What do I do when my computer crashes?
Note any error messages or blue screen codes. Force restart by holding the power button for 10 seconds. If it persists, boot into Safe Mode. Contact our support team with the error details for further assistance.
Battery won't charge or gets drained too quickly.
Try a different charger/cable. Check for background apps consuming power. Run a battery diagnostic (most laptops have built-in tools). If the battery is over 2 years old, it may need replacement. Contact us for a hardware assessment.
Laptop powers on, but without any display.
Try connecting an external monitor to check if the issue is the screen or the system. Perform a hard reset: remove the battery (if removable), unplug the charger, hold the power button for 30 seconds, then reconnect and try again. If the external display works, the laptop screen or its cable may need repair.
Is it normal for a laptop power adapter to be hot?
It's normal for a power adapter to feel warm during use. However, if it's too hot to touch comfortably, unplug it immediately. Ensure it's on a hard, ventilated surface (not on carpet or fabric). If it continues to overheat, it may need replacement — contact our support team.
